Clean & Cook is designed for households that could benefit from both practical cleaning assistance and freshly prepared meals without arranging two separate services.
Meal preparation takes place in your own kitchen using ingredients agreed in advance. Once food preparation is completed and the appropriate cooling process has begun, the visit moves into the general household cleaning phase.
How Clean & Cook works
The service is deliberately sequenced to keep food preparation and general household cleaning separate.
Meals first
On arrival, agreed meals are prepared and cooked in the client's kitchen before general household cleaning begins.
Cooling begins
Prepared food is arranged appropriately so the cooling process can begin before storage.
Home cleaning
Once food preparation is complete, general household cleaning begins.
Portion & store
Prepared meals are portioned and refrigerated or frozen at the appropriate stage before the visit concludes.

Clean & Cook is structured so that meal preparation and general household cleaning are not treated as interchangeable activities.
Designed as an extended home visit
Six hours is recommended where several meals are being prepared or where the home requires more substantial cleaning.

Meals planned before the visit
Clean & Cook is not intended to operate like a restaurant ordering service. Meals are discussed and agreed before the booking so the visit can be organised efficiently.
Clients can select from Glaive's available meal options or discuss other straightforward dishes that may be suitable for preparation during the booked time.
Ingredients
Ingredients are supplied by the client unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. Glaive can provide an ingredient list before the scheduled visit where required.
Preparing meals ahead
Clean & Cook can be used to prepare dinner for the day of the visit together with a reasonable number of additional meals for the following days.
Glaive does not promote large-volume or extended-period meal preparation. The number and type of meals prepared will depend on the dishes selected, available booking time, appropriate storage and food-safety considerations.
Storage
Suitable prepared meals may be refrigerated or frozen after appropriate cooling. Storage arrangements are discussed with the client and depend on the particular food being prepared.
Important food allergy information
Glaive Cleaning Services does not provide meal preparation for anyone with a diagnosed or suspected food allergy, or where allergen-free meal preparation is required.
Domestic kitchens may contain allergens and Glaive cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent allergen cross-contact.
Ordinary food preferences and agreed menu choices may be accommodated where practical. Glaive does not provide therapeutic or medically prescribed diets.
Clients remain welcome to use Glaive's cleaning services even where meal preparation cannot be provided.

Eligible NDIS participants
Cleaning and meal-preparation assistance may be available where the requested supports are appropriate to the participant's needs, plan and funding arrangements.

- Clean & Cook is a household assistance service and is not a restaurant, catering or off-site meal-delivery service.
