Can't see the dish you are looking for? Ask us. Where practical, we may be able to prepare it and add it to our growing repertoire.
3. We confirm availability
Because meals are prepared to order, availability can vary. We will confirm what can be prepared, quantities, timing and the price before an order is accepted.
4. Prepared for you
Your meals are prepared according to the agreed order, with practical home cooking and variety at the centre of what we do.
Before you order
Food allergies & medical dietary requirements
For safety reasons, our home-cooking service is not available where a person has a known or suspected food allergy.
We do not provide medical dietary cooking or prepare meals intended to manage a medical condition, medically prescribed diet or therapeutic nutritional requirement.
Meals are prepared in the client's home using the cooking environment, equipment and facilities available there. We cannot verify or guarantee that the environment, equipment or ingredients are free from allergens or previous allergen contact.
If you or a person for whom meals are being prepared has a known or suspected food allergy, or requires a medically prescribed diet, please do not use our home-cooking service.
Personal preferences
Ordinary food preferences can be discussed where practical. For example, you may prefer certain vegetables, ingredients or styles of cooking. These preferences must not relate to an allergy, suspected allergy, medical condition or medically required diet.
Ingredients & variations
Home cooking naturally allows for variation. Ingredients, accompaniments and preparation may vary depending on availability, seasonality and individual requests. We will discuss significant changes where relevant to your order.
Storage & consumption
Storage, refrigeration, reheating and consumption instructions will depend on the particular food supplied. Please follow any instructions provided with your order.
